  • Primary backend owner for Growth systems, leading technical design and coordinating delivery with product, mobile, platform, risk and World Foundation teams.
  • Owned referral and incentive systems processing around 35,000 reward payouts per day in 2025 (400k+ WLD per day), supporting multiple verification paths, country-specific programs and reward experiments.
  • Led Notification Center architecture and rollout, defined backend APIs, and built a shared sender for its persistent notification feed. Coordinated mobile and lifecycle integration and built reusable campaign infrastructure. Around 100 million notifications per month.
  • Designed affiliate reward accounting covering virtual balances, KYC/KYB verification and on-demand withdrawals.
